Yes. Elementary and Middle school students must wear school uniform. No substitutions are accepted. Overall it is one of simplicity and modesty.

1. The Elementary School

a) Monday- Thursday - School uniform.
b) Friday - House Colors, School Uniform or PE Uniform.
c) PE - .If you have PE, you should wear your PE Uniform.

2. Middle School have a simple uniform and a dress code.

a) Kent short sleeve and long sleeve shirt.
b) Kent Athletics PE shirt or hoody.
c) Sports shoes, sports sandals, regular shoes.
d) Ordinary pants.
e) Knee length shorts.
f) Skirts for girls must be knee length.
g) No flip-flops.
h) No leggings, jeggings or super tight pants.

3. The High School dress code does not presently include a simple uniform. Students are permitted a choice of apparel within very wide limits. The spirit behind this liberal dress code is one of decency, respect and safety.

a) Sports shoes, sports sandals, regular shoes.
b) No flip-flops, no high heels, no slippers.
c) Ordinary casual pants, dress pants, blue jeans.
d) No leggings, jeggings, or super tight pants or jeans.
e) Long sleeve shirts or short sleeve shirts.
f) No sleeveless shirts, no low cut shirts, no shirts that expose the belly.
g) Sweatshirts and hoodies without offensive words or images.
h) No ball caps or hats may be worn in the school.
i) Knee length shorts.
j) Girls may wear knee length skirts or dresses.
k) No short shorts. No short skirts or dresses.
l) Athletic warm-up suits.

**For ceremonial occasions, the dress code is white shirt and black pants.

Requirements differ from university to university. According to Korean law, Korean students who attend international schools in Korea may not attend Korean universities. Parents should contact each university for more information about specific policies in this regard.
